At Pont Breaux Coffee House, we believe great coffee starts with exceptional beans. That’s why we source only premium, specialty-grade coffee beans, carefully selected from trusted growers who share our passion for quality. Our beans come from the heart of Central America, where ideal climates and rich soils produce some of the world’s most sought-after harvests.

Our Coffee is locally roasted through a roaster named Tommy Faulk. His passion for roasting came long before us and is shown through his business Rue de Cafe. From the precise balance of time and temperature to the attention given to every roast profile, his process is designed to highlight natural sweetness, vibrant notes, and smooth complexity.

Every drink at Pont Breaux Coffee House is more than just coffee—it’s a craft. Our baristas combine skill, precision, and passion to create beverages that are as beautiful as they are delicious. From smooth, velvety lattes to bold espressos and refreshing iced creations, each drink is made to order with care and consistency.
